honestly nothing to complain about. spotlessly clean hotel in a very nice clean building close enough to restaurants and entertainment, airport, and bangkok. exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel tv. nice design of it. super friendly staff at all times.

The stay was absolutely very pleasant. Liked my 7 nights stay. The room was extremely spacious, had essentials, like hairdryers, a shower cap, and towels. It had a great city view balcony.

I chose Leenova Hotel because it was close to Bangjak Baptist Church, which I wanted to visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and helpful staff. The outdoor pool, restaurant serving Thai cuisine, and on-site fitness center were also great amenities.

Breakfast ordering and service was frustrating, language barrier made it difficult to communicate issues, lack of English-speaking staff. Inconsistent room service for two guests, limited milk and sugar sachets, worn-out pillow, no soundproofing, and only one keycard for the twin room.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium and it provided a bar/lounge, a business center, and concierge services. The facilities were well-maintained and made my stay convenient and enjoyable.

The only service that I missed for my work was an on-site laundry facility. This would have been helpful for quickly washing my business attire during my stay.
